- The young women under the Occupation:
Palestinian young women are living under the most difficult conditions of Occupation, On the one hand, they are not allowed to pray at AL-Aqsa Mosque. On the other hand , they are subjected to humiliation and verbal abuse and investigation ,which may also include physical inspection , and sometimes it might lead to killing or imprisonment for several years .The number of the young women in prison about 56 , the youngest prisoner was Dima Wawi only 12-years-old . - Challenge and success:
The Palestinian women is women like no other. Despite the Occupation and siege of the Palestine , nothing can strip the Palestinian women of her spirit. She is powerful and an icon .She is eager to learn and educate her children, (such as Hanan AL-Haroub who is won the award for the best teacher in the word ) And the young woman are eager to travel abroad to seek learning at the best institutions . Young women in Palestine are breaking cultural norms in this area. Taking my self as an example , I have traveled to the UK for this great opportunity , so i hope to other young women in Palestine can live with more freedom and get different opportunities .

My first impression ...
London ، 31 March 2016 - Rabab
London life |
I left my French and my euros to discover England !
My first impression when I arrived in London was in the street. The rules of the road are reversed. The direction and priorities are on the left. The steering is on left. The underground system is not same as in Paris. Their directions and orientations are north , south, east and west. But I found much resemblance in colour codes on the tube map. All London buses are red and I had thought before that only tourist buses were red. Besides licenced taxis, I discovered there is a private system like Uber pop in Paris, which are called Minicabs. Moreover, I find that Londoners are very open minded.
The wearing hijab in London is very common and it is very nice to see this, because in France women do not have the right to wear the hijab at work.

The palestinian children of prisoners
Some 241 Palestinian children are currently being held in Israel’s Ofer Prison, Falesteen newspaper reported the Committee for the Palestinian Prisoners and Freed Prisoners saying : Among the children, who are all under 18, 94 have already been sentenced, six are being held under administrative detention and 147 are in remand.
A report by the committee also revealed that the fines imposed on the minors in March amounted to 85,000 Israeli shekels ($22,450).
In its report, the committee reiterated that all 400 child prisoners held in different Israeli prisons had been subjected to more than one form of harassment and torture when they were arrested, during investigations or while they were in prison.
Meanwhile, the report said Palestinian prisoners in Megiddo Prison had complained of overcrowding. It said that more than 900 detainees are being held in Megiddo, distributed among eight departments, including two sections for the more than 170 minors.
Prisoners also complained of repeated relocations which take place on almost a daily base, noting this “negatively” affects the detainees’ stability.

The first impression
When I go out of my home trip began, as i discovered another world far away from my home land. The first thing was the airport everything work like a machine, i really loved it.
The second thing was the London city, which included the buildings, roads, trees, all kind of transport and the weather.
The third thing was that, all the people in London live in an organised way.
